Specialista Senior / Project Manager

Job Responsibilities

Joining our Purchasing team at the European level, you'll have the opportunity to gain experience in supplier management, assisting in defining and implementing a mid/long-term strategic purchasing plan for the assigned components.
You will aim to achieve targets in terms of quality, timing, and prices in the purchasing and procurement of the assigned components, ensuring product development and production flow continuity. You will also play a key role in defining sourcing strategies for the given commodity.

You will be accountable for:
- Managing negotiations with suppliers
- Supporting the implementation of the strategic purchasing plan in collaboration with the Commodity Manager
- Conducting sourcing activities, including economic and quantitative evaluation of offers
- Managing requests for offers in compliance with supply deadlines
- Managing purchase lists
- Ensuring the quantity and quality of purchased components, as well as delivery times
- Proposing and introducing new suppliers, scouting new suppliers and markets
- Monitoring existing suppliers to optimize the purchasing process

Job Profile

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Materials Engineering, Engineering, or Business Administration
• At least 3-5 years of experience in a Purchasing Department within international companies
• Previous experience in purchasing mechanical commodities is a plus
• Proficiency in Business English is required
• SAP and Office proficiency are advantageous
