Descrizione del lavoro

Kerry Project Logistics, for both EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) and Logistics divisions, is looking for a Buyer / Junior Buyer to join its staff.

The resource will be part of the Procurement and Subcontracting Team, reporting directly to the Head of Supply Chain.

Main responsibilities include:

  1. Organizing documentation required for procurement of works, supplies, or services, analyzing documentation provided by requesting units, and preparing documentation for tenders.
  2. Following up with the procurement and tender process, including evaluating offers from administrative and economic perspectives, and supporting technical evaluation of offers.
  3. Supporting the preparation of procurement standard documentation such as contractual templates, internal memoranda, and tender documentation.
  4. Assisting Vendor Management and Contract Administrator teams in activities related to qualifying vendors and supporting project teams with contractual matters during project execution.

Qualifications:

  • University degree (knowledge of basic economic and financial indicators is preferable).
  • Experience from 2 to 6 years in a similar role.
  • Good knowledge of EPC/EPCI contracts is preferable.

Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Openness to change, interest in new scenarios, and a self-motivated attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good command of English (spoken and written).
