Kerry Project Logistics recherche un Buyer / Junior Buyer pour rejoindre son équipe d'approvisionnement. Ce poste implique l'organisation de la documentation, le suivi des offres et la gestion des contrats dans un environnement EPC/ EPCI dynamique. Une expérience de 2 à 6 ans ainsi qu'une bonne connaissance de l'anglais sont exigées.
Kerry Project Logistics, for both EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) and Logistics divisions, is looking for a Buyer / Junior Buyer to join its staff.
The resource will be part of the Procurement and Subcontracting Team in direct report to the Head of Supply Chain.
In consistency and compliance to the instructions, guidelines and targets provided by the Head of Supply Chain, the
main responsibilities
will be :
Organization of the documentation required for the procurement of works, supplies, or services, analyzing the documentation provided by the requesting Units and preparing the documentation used as the basis for the tender. Follow up with the Procurement and Tender process, including evaluation of offers from administrative and economic point of view, following up with the commercial / contractual negotiation, supporting Technical Unit with the technical evaluation of offers. Supporting the preparation of Procurement Standard documentation (contractual standard template, drafting of internal Memorandum, tender standard documentation, etc...) Supporting the Vendor Management and Contract Administrator coordinator in all activities aimed to qualified vendors and in all the actitivites for the support of the Project teams dealing with Projects in execution for all the contracts related matters.
Qualifications Education -
University Degree (knowledge and understanding of basic economic and financial indicators is preferable). Experience -
from 2 to 5 / 6 years of experience in similar position. Good knowledge of EPC / EPCI contracts is preferrable Skills - # strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. # openess to change, interest towards new scenarios and opportunities and a self motivating attitude are required. # ability to work independently and as part of a team. # good knowledge of English language (both written and spoken).
