Il candidato selezionato si occuperà della gestione della documentazione di procurement, della valutazione delle offerte e del supporto nelle attività di gestione dei contratti e fornitori. Le opportunità di crescita saranno disponibili in un ambiente stimolante all'interno dei contratti EPC.

Descrizione del lavoro

Kerry Project Logistics, for both EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) and Logistics divisions, is looking for a Buyer / Junior Buyer to join its staff.

The resource will be part of the Procurement and Subcontracting Team, reporting directly to the Head of Supply Chain.

In accordance with instructions, guidelines, and targets provided by the Head of Supply Chain, the main responsibilities will include:

  1. Organizing documentation required for procurement of works, supplies, or services, analyzing documentation from requesting Units, and preparing tender documentation.
  2. Following up on procurement and tender processes, including evaluating offers from administrative and economic perspectives, supporting contractual negotiations, and assisting the Technical Unit with technical evaluations.
  3. Supporting the preparation of standard procurement documentation, such as contractual templates, internal memoranda, and tender documents.
  4. Supporting Vendor Management and Contract Administration activities, including qualifying vendors and assisting project teams with contract-related matters during project execution.

Qualifications

  • University Degree (preferably with knowledge of basic economic and financial indicators).
  • 2 to 6 years of experience in a similar role; familiarity with EPC / EPCI contracts is advantageous.
  • Skills:

Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Openness to change, interest in new scenarios and opportunities, and a self-motivated attitude are required.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Good command of English (both written and spoken).
