You’ll work at the heart of the action, supporting the product strategy, optimizing the assortment, and helping shape the collections that make an impact in-store.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in defining and managing the product assortment for your assigned category, keeping it fresh, relevant, and on-trend
• Contribute to forecasting demand and ensuring ideal stock levels across our retail network
• Track sell-in and sell-out data to guide smart buying decisions
• Manage purchase orders and deliveries to ensure product availability and timely replenishment
• Help structure monthly delivery plans aligned with store needs and product drops
• Analyze market trends, performance metrics, and competitor actions to support strategic planning

Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of experience in buying, merchandising, or product-related roles in the fashion or sportswear world
• A solid grasp of Excel and PowerPoint – data is your teammate
• Curiosity for product, retail, and consumer behavior
• A collaborative mindset and strong communication skills
• A sharp eye for detail, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive attitude
• Fluency in Italian and English – other languages? That’s bonus points
