Responsibilities
- As a Business Transformation Program Manager, you will report directly to Coesia CEO’s Chief of Staff, being at the forefront of Coesia’s growth and transformation journey. You will facilitate and coordinate strategic initiatives at group level, being exposed and interacting with all levels of the organization, from Top Management to professionals, at corporate, division and company level, on a daily basis.
- Supporting Coesia Chief of Staff in coordinating strategic business initiatives, collecting business leaders needs and helping them navigating the transformation journey;
- Monitoring strategic plans fulfillment, acting as a program manager and coordinating the different strategic initiatives and related workstreams, while tracking execution milestones;
- Acting as a single point of reference for all the Coesia organizations (functions, divisions and companies) with respect to strategic plans execution and coordination;
- Acting as an advisor to proactively identify possible synergies and opportunities across the different strategic initiatives;
- Acting as a project leader for cross-functional and cross-business strategic transformation projects, as the needs arise;
- Providing tools and methodology and facilitating inputs’ collection from both business leaders and project team members;
- Supporting communication and alignment of top management on initiatives progress and key decisions
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience either in international consultancy firms or in corporate strategy departments;
- A master degree in Economics, Management Engineering or related fields;
- Strong project management skills;
- Strong analytical skills, along with a change-oriented mindset and the ability and will to challenge the status quo;
- A customer-centric attitude, sense of urgency and strategic business sense;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to interact at different organizational level;
- Excellent command of MS Power Point and MS Excel;
- Excellent command of English;
- The role requires being able to travel upon request, for no more than 10-20% of the time.
