Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Finance, Operations, or a related field, with experience in transformation, consulting, PMO, operations, or change management environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to interpret data, create executive presentations, and communicate with stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, project management, reporting tools (Power BI or Tableau), and continuous improvement approaches.
• Interest in GCC, Shared Services, GBS, and AI-enabled business transformation.
• Fluency in Italian and English, collaborative mindset, adaptability, and ability to thrive in a dynamic consulting environment.

As a Business Transformation Analyst, you will support transformation initiatives across a wide range of industries, helping clients optimize operating models, improve service delivery, and drive sustainable business outcomes. You will also contribute to Global Capability Center (GCC) initiatives, supporting organizations in designing, scaling, and optimizing future-ready operating models.

As part of Accenture Operations, you will collaborate with clients and multidisciplinary teams to implement transformation strategies, optimize business operations, and deliver sustainable business outcomes. Working alongside colleagues across Talent, Digital Core, and Industry & Enterprise, you will help ensure successful transformation through a hands-on, execution-focused approach.

Job Summary

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and client stakeholders to deliver transformation projects, governance frameworks, and service delivery improvements.
• Contribute to project planning, reporting, change management activities, and transformation roadmaps to ensure successful delivery.
• Develop business insights and executive presentations through data analysis and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to role, level, seniority, responsibility, skillset, and level of experience. For this position, the job level is C3 under the Metalmeccanico National Collective Bargaining Agreement. The gross annual salary range is between 24.000€ e 38.500€.

Skills and Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Finance, Operations, or a related field, together with experience in business transformation, consulting, PMO, operations, or change management environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, prepare executive presentations, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, project management practices, reporting tools (Power BI or Tableau), and continuous improvement approaches.
• Interest in enterprise transformation, Global Capability Centers (GCC), Shared Services, Global Business Services (GBS), and AI-enabled business transformation.
• Fluency in Italian and English, combined with a collaborative mindset, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic consulting environment.
