Structured finance and liquidity management analyst (f/m/x)

Financial Resource Management Sector is seeking a candidate to join the team.

The main function of the Financial Resource Management (FRM) sector is to support the Bank (PB division) in all the matters related to liquidity, funding, interest rate risk management and capital/RWA optimization.

This is done by interacting with the O.U. Treasury and the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) sector, as well as with the relevant functions of the Parent Company (DBAG).

Key Responsibilities

The candidate will be involved in the following activities:

• Support activities aimed at optimizing the allocation of financial resources in line with the Bank’s profitability objectives
• Support the development and implementation of models for liquidity management
• Support initiatives aimed at optimizing the use and absorption of RWA / Capital
• Monitoring portfolios and product profitability according to specific KPIs defined by the Bank
• Assist in the set-up and management of structured finance transactions (e.g. Synthetic Securitization / Self Securitization / ACC pledging / Covered Bonds / Cash Securitizations) collateralized by PB portfolios (mortgages, consumer loans and business loans), including:
• Defining the eligible loan portfolio (set-up / running basis)
• Designing the IT platform and various reports required for Servicing activities, including the execution of UAT tests
• Managing daily cash flows on transferred loans and reconciling accounts for existing transactions
• Preparing and verifying reports for existing transactions (Servicer Report, Test Performance Report, Investor Report, Regulatory reports)

Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in either Finance, Economics, Accountancy, Business or Management Engineering
• Strong competencies in investigation, problem resolution and attention to detail
• Excellent MS Office suite skills (Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook)
• Strong relational, interpersonal and communication skills, applicable across different organizational levels
• Administrative and organizational mindset
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks and manage conflicting demands
• Availability, flexibility and time management skills
• Fluency in English is requested
