An established industry player is seeking a Business Process Re-engineering & Change Management Expert to support a vital EU-funded project. This role involves enhancing the security and efficiency of public financial management systems in The Gambia. You will leverage your expertise in IFMIS system design and implementation, working closely with government personnel to ensure seamless integration and effective change management strategies. Competenze

Job Description:

NTU International A/S is leading a consortium for the implementation of the EU funded project called: Study of options to strengthen the Integrated Financial Management and Information System (IFMIS) and is searching for experts to support the core team during the implementation of this project.

The overall objective of this Assignment is to support the Government of The Gambia in its efforts to consolidate the security, reliability, efficiency, effectiveness and seamless integration of its public financial management systems.

Duration: The indicative start date is 10 May 2025 and the period of implementation of the specific contract will be 180 days from this date. Indicative end date: 6 November 2025.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • University degree in business administration, financial management, or IT with a focus on business processes.
  • Good command of English (CEFR C1) (minimum requirement).
  • 3-5 years of experience in IFMIS-related system design and implementation.
  • Experience in collecting, analysing and documenting system requirements, designing future business processes (to-be) and change management strategies.
  • Hands-on experience in financial software development, testing, and maintenance.
  • Some exposure to change management and training government personnel.
  • Strong analytical skills but not necessarily extensive experience in large-scale government reforms.
