Responsibilities:
- Monitor, consolidate, and report on the service KPIs of the depot in the Business Unit by interfacing with Business Unit Director (BUD), Depot Managers (RDEP), and Operations Managers (Ropv).
- Propose and implement continuous process improvement projects, including passive (supplier) and active (customer) economic derivatives, interfacing with the Business Unit Program Manager (BUPM), BUD, and RDEP.
- Coordinate with RDEP and ROPV for weekly work planning to ensure adherence to previously agreed service KPIs.
- Participate in the coordination and implementation of development, re-engineering, and improvement projects within the Business Units, in collaboration with BUPM, Sales, and Solution Design Management.
- Interface with clients in regular meetings to analyze problems and propose solutions.
- Draw up profit and loss accounts for warehousing/distribution projects in coordination with managers and the Administration, Finance, and Control department.
- Design warehouse layouts based on client needs.
- Submit commercial offers to the Board and/or customers in coordination with Commercial Management and the Solution Design department.
- Develop and prepare project cost models in coordination with relevant company departments, including HSE, Human Resources, ICT, Legal, Administration, Finance, and Control.
- Operate in compliance with work safety regulations (Legislative Decree 81/08) and safety procedures to protect company assets.
- Ensure SOX compliance on all processes under its responsibility.
Requirements:
- Degree in Management Engineering, Logistics, or Economics.
- At least 5 years of experience managing complex projects in the logistics sector within multinational and multi-site companies.
- Proven project management skills.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Proficiency in Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good knowledge of Autocad and AS400.
- Strong analysis and synthesis skills, confidentiality, effective communication, interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and flexibility.
