Business Operations Apprentice - BD Advance Patient Monitoring

As a EU Business Operations Analyst, you will join our Commercial and Operational Excellence team and you will have the opportunity to thrive in a dynamic environment within our Advance Patient Monitoring Business Unit, working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, finance, strategy and gaining more insight into the medical device business processes.

Location: Milan, Italy

Position Overview: Apprenticeship two years (max 29 years old)

How you’ll make an impact:

1. Provide basic analysis and formulate recommendations for small-mid scale commercial excellence projects and initiatives, collaborating with various departments and functions (Marketing, Supply chain, IT, Finance, Strategy, Medical Affairs).
2. Help identify business process issues and follow up on resolution paths with support functions.
3. Support sales target definition and sales incentive process.
4. Partner with Business solutions and Project management teams to provide business requirements for all e-Solutions enhancements related to the Product Launch.
5. Build reports & tools, performing analysis and KPI tracking on a regular basis to support management in understanding the current state and implementing possible solutions to improve commercial operations.
6. Provide training, communication, and change management within the Sales field organization on processes and tools.

What you’ll need:

1. Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent in economics, business administration, engineering, or a business-related area.
2. Previous experience in sales management, commercial management, sales force excellence, or commercial operations is preferred.

What else we look for:

• Working proficiency in English is a must.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel User.
• Knowledge of SFDC is a plus.
• Proven expertise in all Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Excel.
• Good written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills.
• Good problem-solving, organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
• Strict attention to detail.
• Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work in a team environment, including inter-departmental teams and representing the organization on specific projects.
• Ability to build productive internal/external working relationships.
