Pulp & Paper Cluster Business Line Manager
In this role, you will be the local strategic and operational leader of Process Automation – Process Industries Division located in Sesto San Giovanni, Italy, a 20 MUSD unit with approximately 35 employees. Reporting to the Southern Europe and Africa cluster Business Manager Pulp & Paper of Process Industries, your focus will be on driving profitable growth and delivering strong operational performance across all aspects of Process Industries Business Lines operating in Italy.The work model for the role is: #LI-HybridYou will be mainly accountable for:• Leading the execution of the regional and/or global division strategy and providing local inputs and insights. Prioritizing and implementing business plans for driving profitability and growth, with an attitude to innovation and with focus on Service and Digital.• Contribute to the Business Lines results by proactive collaboration with the Cluster, BL team and the other Local Divisions to achieve our common targets.• Ensuring strong financial management and delivery of all targets* and ensuring the profit and loss margin of the Local Business Lines are achieved. (*Major KPIs: Orders, Orders gross profit, revenue, OpEBITA, cash & NWC)• Evaluating market opportunities and identifying actions in collaboration with local sales and marketing team.• Building a strong local team – engaging, inspiring and motivating employees to achieve or even stretch targets, through a transparent and open approach.• Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers and ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction.• Driving operational excellence across all projects/services and processes to improve productivity, quality and cost optimization, focused on delivering on targets while applying shared development models involving decentralized engineering centers or units• Living ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, which means ensuring a safe working environment and caring for your team and the integrity of your business.You will join a dynamic, talented and high performing team, where you will be able to thrive.
