Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Italy is seeking a motivated Business Generation & Marketing Intern to join our Italy team. This full-time internship offers hands-on experience across business development, marketing, communications and events while working with experienced professionals.

You will assist with tender documents, create presentations, support events, conduct market research and help maintain marketing materials.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, Economics or a related field.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation and formatting of tender and proposal documents.
• Assist in the creation and update of presentations, project sheets, CVs and other marketing materials.
• Support the organisation of internal and external events, including logistics and communications.
• Assist with marketing and communication activities, including digital content and internal communications.
• Conduct market and company research to support business development activities.
• Help maintain marketing and business development documentation, databases and templates.
• Provide general administrative support to the Business Generation & Marketing team.
