Manager / Team Leader

Our client is a Multinational company with a remarkable presence worldwide and a fast growing business. In order to expand the structure, we are looking for a Business Development & Strategy Manager.
Primary Function

  • The Business Development & Strategy Manager is responsible to provide and deliver strategic data analysis, insights and presentations to senior leadership and functional teams.
  • In this position the candidate identifies, cultivates and analyzes qualitative and quantitative data in the external competitive market as well as from within the organization (e.g. financials) to support business needs.
  • Reporting to the Head of Business Development and International Governance, the candidate is responsible for supporting the company’s Strategy and M&A initiatives and strategic planning including financial, market, and operational analysis.
  • The candidate is a business and functional expert with experience managing multiple projects, departments and outside relationships. Creative analysis, independent thought, and a proactive approach to adding value to the organization are key elements of this position.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Financial modeling for M&A, joint ventures, project development and financing activities.
  • Strategic Planning: serve as an integral member of company’s strategic planning effort to identify, assess, and prioritize growth opportunities.
  • Market Research and Analysis: competitor analysis, industry trends in key target markets. Assessment of alternative business models.
  • Create presentation materials for executive management, potential partners, and customers.
  • Improvement of internal processes.

Qualification/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree Required, Master’s degree in business or equivalent preferred.
  • 4-7 years’ work experience in Management Consulting, and/or Business Development, Strategy.
  • Strong PMO skills.
  • Strong quantitative data analysis skills, including advanced Excel modeling skills.
  • Deal structuring experience.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and willingness to assume additional or new responsibilities readily.
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced, changing environment.
  • Excellent communication (both oral and written), interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Strong presentational skills.
  • English fluency.

Salary Package: euro 60.000/65.000
Location: Bolzano
