The Role

We are seeking a Business Development Specialist to expand our client base in the area of training solutions for professionals and companies. This role will focus on identifying new opportunities, nurturing relationships, and helping companies recognize the value of investing in premium leadership, language and communication training.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in corporate training and language solutions.
  • Build and manage relationships with HR managers, training & development leaders, purchasing professionals and business executives.
  • Promote Maka’s training programs, consulting and adapting proposals to client needs.
  • Support the sales process from lead generation to contract closure.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure client satisfaction and continuity.
  • Stay updated on market trends in corporate training, L&D, and language solutions.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition, preferably in the training, education, or HR services sector
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in Italian and English at a C2 level
  • Ability to understand client needs and present tailor-made solutions
  • Entrepreneurial mindset : proactive, results-oriented, and comfortable in a small-team environment
  • Network in HR, training, or professional development (a plus)
