Evidilya, the dedicated Contract Research Organization of Sprim Health Group, operates as a full-service international expertise in successfully developing and managing observational, pre-clinical, and clinical trials. We are looking for a:

Business Development Specialist

to join our team in Milan.

Main responsibilities:
  • Manage leads generation process, establish first contact with prospect clients, and organize initial meetings to introduce Evidilya.
  • Perform market analysis, stay updated on market trends, and monitor competitors’ strategies.
  • Participate in all steps of the new client acquisition process: from initial meetings to data collection, proposal development (ppt presentations, agreements, etc.), and finalizing collaborations.
  • Support business development and sales strategies.
  • Manage and update Evidilya CRM, developing reports on client acquisition status.
  • Collaborate with Design & Tech and Marketing Departments to develop DEM.
Required skills:
  • Scientific Degree (Medicine, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Physical and Natural Sciences)
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales and/or business development in an international context.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry and/or CRO.
  • Ability to work in challenging and demanding environments.
  • Strategic and innovative approach.
  • Attention to detail and business goal orientation.
