Job Description

Evidilya, the dedicated Contract Research Organization of Sprim Health Group, operates as a full-service international organization specializing in the development and management of observational, pre-clinical, and clinical trials. We are looking for a:

Business Development Specialist

to join our team in Milan.

Main responsibilities
  1. Manage leads generation, establish initial contact with prospective clients, and organize introductory meetings to present Evidilya.
  2. Conduct market analysis, stay updated on market trends, and monitor competitors’ strategies.
  3. Participate in all stages of new client acquisition: from initial meetings to data collection, proposal development (presentations, agreements), and finalizing collaborations.
  4. Support business development and sales strategies.
  5. Manage and update Evidilya CRM, and generate reports on the client acquisition process.
  6. Collaborate with Design & Tech and Marketing Departments to develop DEM campaigns.
Required skills
  • Scientific Degree (Medicine, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Physical and Natural Sciences)
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales and/or business development in an international context.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry and/or CRO sector.
  • Ability to work in challenging and demanding environments.
  • Strategic and innovative mindset.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and goal-oriented approach.
