Evidilya, the dedicated Contract Research Organization of Sprim Health Group, operates as a full-service international expertise provider in successfully developing and managing observational, pre-clinical, and clinical trials. We are looking for a:

Business Development Specialist

to join our team in Milan.

Main responsibilities:

  1. Manage leads generation process, establish initial contact with prospective clients, and organize first meetings to introduce Evidilya.
  2. Perform market analysis, stay updated on market trends, and monitor competitors’ strategies.
  3. Participate in all steps of new client acquisition: from initial meetings to data collection and needs assessment, supporting proposal development (presentations, agreements, etc.) to finalize collaborations.
  4. Support business development and sales strategies.
  5. Manage and update Evidilya CRM, developing reports on the status of client acquisition processes.
  6. Collaborate with Design & Tech and Marketing Departments to develop DEM.

Required skills:

  • Scientific Degree (Medicine, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Physical and Natural Sciences)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and/or business development in an international context.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven knowledge of the healthcare industry and/or CRO sector.
  • Ability to work in challenging and demanding environments.
  • Strategic and innovative approach.
  • Accuracy, attention to detail, and focus on business goals.
