Position: Business Development Specialist

to join our team in Milan.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Manage leads generation process, establish first contact with prospect clients, and organize initial meetings to introduce Evidilya.
  2. Perform market analysis, stay updated on market trends, and monitor competitors’ strategies.
  3. Participate in all steps of the new client acquisition process: from initial meetings to data collection, proposal development (presentations, agreements), and finalizing collaborations.
  4. Support business development and sales strategies.
  5. Manage and update Evidilya CRM, developing reports on the status of client acquisition.
  6. Collaborate with Design & Tech and Marketing Departments to develop DEMs.
Required Skills:
  • Scientific Degree (Medicine, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Physical and Natural Sciences)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and/or business development in an international context.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven knowledge of the healthcare industry and/or CRO sector.
  • Ability to work in challenging and demanding environments.
  • Strategic and innovative approach.
  • Accuracy, attention to detail, and goal-oriented mindset.
