A leading language service provider in Milano is seeking an Account Manager to drive business expansion and manage client relationships. The role requires C1 proficiency in English and 2-3 years of sales experience, focusing on B2B interaction and lead generation. WHAT WILL YOU DO?

The position involves both developing new business opportunities and managing existing client relationships. You will be responsible for qualified lead generation, seek out and engage customer prospects as well as manage existing accounts, under the guidance of our Sales Director.

Please note that being a C1 in English is a must, and having 2 years of experience in Sales and Business Development is also required.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES?

  • Driving business expansion with new customers while managing and nurturing an existing client base
  • Working alongside the Sales team to draw up strategies to increase customer base
  • Increase up-selling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Actively participate in generating ideas for value positioning
  • Increase networking opportunities for relevant industries (Trade Shows, Conferences, lunch and learns, evening events, seminars, etc.)
  • With the support of our Delivery Units, facilitate problem-solving solutions for customers, building solid long-term relationships

MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS :

  • Proficiency in English (C1 level or equivalent) to deal with international clients and colleagues
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in business development within a B2B customer-facing role
  • Demonstrable experience in growing accounts and new business wins
  • Hands-on experience with outbound sales processes, sales operations, and sales techniques (prospecting, cold calling, emailing, networking)
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn as a social selling tool
  • Outstanding selling, negotiation skills, and communication skills
  • Telephone skills
  • Autonomous self-starter who knows when to ask for support
  • Persistence and patience in finding leads and opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline
  • Organization and planning skills
  • Strong networking abilities
  • Excellent team player
  • Strong degree of diplomacy and the ability to work with a range of diverse people
  • Familiarity with CRM practices
  • Knowledge of marketing fundamentals
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs
  • Residence in Lombardy

  • NICE-TO-HAVE REQUIREMENTS :

  • Knowledge and love of foreign languages and cultures
  • Experience with Customers in HR, Marketing & Communications, and Purchase Departments
  • Overseas work or study experience
  • Good knowledge of Hubspot
  • Good Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator
