This role involves managing the lead generation process, conducting market analysis, and participating in client acquisition. Position: Business Development Specialist

to join our team in Milan.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Manage leads generation process, establish first contact with prospect clients, and organize initial meetings to introduce Evidilya.
  2. Perform market analysis, stay updated on market trends, and monitor competitors’ strategies.
  3. Participate in all steps of new client acquisition: from initial meetings to data collection and needs assessment, supporting proposal development (presentations, agreements, etc.), and finalizing collaborations.
  4. Support business development and sales strategies.
  5. Manage and update Evidilya CRM, developing reports on new client acquisition status.
  6. Collaborate with Design & Tech and Marketing Departments to develop DEM.
Required Skills:
  • Scientific Degree (Medicine, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Physical and Natural Sciences)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and/or business development in an international context.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven knowledge of the healthcare industry and/or CRO.
  • Ability to work in challenging and demanding environments.
  • Strategic and innovative thinking.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and a goal-oriented mindset.
