Position: Business Development Specialist

You will drive the specification of Low Pressure compressors, blowers, and solutions. You will handle the business development activity in the Italian market with the objective of growing and converting the pipeline.

You will report to the Business Development Manager of the Low Pressure Compressors.

Responsibilities
  • Define and choose commercial channels (OEMs, Installers, Indirect, Direct) for effective promotion of assigned products
  • Prepare business agreements with OEMs or new dealers in cooperation with the Business Line Manager, the Business Development Manager, and CTS (Compressor Technique Service) colleagues if technical support is required
  • Maintain an effective and transparent approach to maximize sales activities, providing technical and commercial support, visiting potential customers, and logging all activities such as visits and offers in the company CRM, Cloud 4 Customers
  • Continuously update competencies on products and sales strategies through participation in training sessions
  • Contribute to the development of new products or improvements to existing products by sharing field experience with divisional Product Managers
  • Operate in line with the Group's values: commitment, interaction, and innovation
Competencies
