An established industry player is seeking a dynamic Business Development Specialist to join their team in Milan. This role involves managing the leads generation process, performing market analysis, and supporting business development strategies. The ideal candidate will have a scientific background and at least two years of experience in sales or business development within the healthcare sector. Business Development Specialist

to join our team in Milan.

Main responsibilities:
  1. Manage leads generation process, establish initial contact with prospective clients, and organize first meetings to introduce Evidilya.
  2. Perform market analysis, stay updated on market trends, and monitor competitors’ strategies.
  3. Participate in all steps of the new client acquisition process: from initial meetings to data collection, proposal development (ppt presentations, agreements, etc.), and finalizing collaborations.
  4. Support business development and sales strategies.
  5. Manage and update Evidilya CRM, developing reports on the status of new client acquisition.
  6. Collaborate closely with Design & Tech and Marketing Departments to develop DEM campaigns.
Required skills:
  • Scientific Degree (Medicine, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Physical and Natural Sciences)
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales and/or business development in an international context.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven knowledge of the healthcare industry and/or CRO sector.
  • Ability to work in challenging and demanding environments.
  • Strategic and innovative approach.
  • Attention to detail and goal-oriented mindset.
