We are seeking an experienced Business Development and Scientific Partnership Manager to drive the commercial development of our SmartBioSurface slides and See.d platform. This role combines strategic market positioning, relationship building with key stakeholders, and execution of commercial initiatives within the oncology diagnostic field.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Conference & Event Management

  • Select, prepare, and actively participate in strategic conferences across multiple domains :
  • Liquid biopsy and companion diagnostics
  • Academic research in oncology
  • Medical conferences
  • Pathology and cytology events
  • Industry partnering conferences
  • Represent Tethis and demonstrate our technological capabilities to potential partners and customers

Marketing & Communications

  • Develop and redact compelling marketing materials including booth designs, brochures, and website content
  • Create visibility for Tethis products through :
  • Organizing webcasts with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
  • Creating and managing LinkedIn and social media presence
  • Developing specialized marketing inserts for targeted audiences
  • Crafting scientific communications appropriate for various stakeholders

Stakeholder Engagement & Network Building

  • Actively engage with KOLs in academic and translational research in oncology
  • Build relationships with clinicians, patahologists, researchers, and representatives from pharmaceutical and diagnostic companies
  • Explore new applications for SmartBioSurface slides and the See.d platform through these networks
  • Act as the scientific and commercial liaison between Tethis and external partners

Partnership Development

  • Initiate and manage research collaborations with pharmaceutical and diagnostic companies
  • Establish research partnerships with academic institutions
  • Negotiate terms and oversee the execution of collaborative projects
  • Identify and pursue strategic partnership opportunities aligned with company objectives

Commercial Development

  • Lead the commercial launch and ongoing sales of SmartBioSurface slides and analytical services
  • Develop pricing strategies and sales approaches for different market segments
  • Segment the market and identify ideal clients for our products and services
  • Drive business growth
