As we expand globally, we’re seeking a highly driven Business Development Representative – EMEA (BDR) to fuel growth. If you're motivated, curious, and eager to build something meaningful, this could be your next move.

Responsibilities
  1. Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and networking.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and partners.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute business development strategies.
  4. Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  5. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategies.
  6. Track and report on business development activities and outcomes.
Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or similar roles.
  • Familiarity with Sales Engagement tools (e.g., Outreach, SEMRush, ZoomInfo, Apollo, HubSpot Sequences).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starter with a positive, “hunter” mindset.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Italian or other European languages is a plus.
