A leading company in compensation management seeks to expand its sales team with a Business Development Representative (BDR) for the Italian market. The role involves prospecting, generating opportunities, and maintaining customer relationships. Ideal candidates are self-driven and resilient, with a strong sales background and proficiency in Italian and English.

Nice to haves: Experience as a top-performing SDR/BDR in tech sales, especially within HR or Finance ICPs. Ability to reach SMB companies through various outreach methods. Market experience in benefits is advantageous.
As a BDR, your main responsibilities include creating new opportunities and deals through prospecting channels. Key tasks:
Your success will be measured by activity volume, demo bookings, and revenue generated.
The On-Target Earnings (OTE) range is €30,000 to €40,000, with a fixed-to-variable ratio of 70/30. Benefits include welfare, meal allowance, and other perks.
