About You
  • Join Coverflex as one of our first BDRs as we expand our sales team with a unique role for the Italian market! We're seeking a top hunter BDR who excels in prospecting and engagement and thrives in a high-activity environment. This is your chance to contribute significantly to our growth, leveraging your sales expertise and relationship management skills.
  • Must haves: Ability to conduct exploratory lead research and convert leads into opportunities. Resilience in hearing "No" from leads. Creativity in opening new channels when traditional methods fail. An iterative, curious mindset and an entrepreneurial approach. A proactive, self-driven attitude focused on outcomes and impact. Fluent Italian (C2 or equivalent) and fluent English. Experience with Hubspot is a plus, but good CRM skills are essential.

Nice to haves: Experience as a top-performing SDR/BDR in tech sales, especially within HR or Finance ICPs. Ability to reach SMB companies through various outreach methods. Market experience in benefits is advantageous.

The Role

As a BDR, your main responsibilities include creating new opportunities and deals through prospecting channels. Key tasks:

  1. Generate meetings and opportunities for Account Executives via cold calling and other channels.
  2. Maintain and update our CRM (Hubspot).
  3. Align with sales and growth teams on target ICPs and outreach strategies.
  4. Reactivate dormant or inactive deals.
  5. Analyze reasons behind lost deals and provide feedback to improve processes.

Your success will be measured by activity volume, demo bookings, and revenue generated.

Salary Range

The On-Target Earnings (OTE) range is €30,000 to €40,000, with a fixed-to-variable ratio of 70/30. Benefits include welfare, meal allowance, and other perks.
