What You’ll Do :

  • Identify and research potential leads within the hospitality industry through various channels (online, social media, events).
  • Initiate and nurture relationships with key stakeholders through email, calls, and LinkedIn.
  • Understand client challenges and match them with our custom digital solutions.
  • Schedule qualified meetings for our sales team, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
  • Track activities and leads in CRM tools for clarity and efficiency.

What We’re Looking For :

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or sales within the hospitality industry.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with decision-makers in hospitality.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools—HubSpot experience is a strong plus.
  • Results-oriented mindset with great organizational skills.
