We are looking for a resourceful Business Development Representative to join our Sales team in Milan.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities for our Italian business. This position reports to the Head of BDR and provides an ideal opportunity to join a fast-growing organization with a product at the technological forefront of its market.

We embrace flexibility through a hybrid working schedule, with 3 days at the office and 2 days working from home each week, fostering a balance of collaboration and productivity.

Core responsibilities :

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls and e-mails
  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
  • Research new accounts, identify key players and generate interest through inbound demand generation activities coordinated with Marketing
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory

Key requirements :

  • 3+ yearsof experience in the software sales industry, preferably in the EPM / CPM space
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Native or bilingual proficiency in Italian; fluency in English and Spanish would be a plus
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
  • Knowledge of financial processes will be considered a plus
