We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Representative to join our Sales team.

  • Between 1 and 5 years of proven business development experience
  • Good time management and organizational skills, with an innate proactive and resilient attitude towards challenges
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Excellent communication skills (written/verbal) to handle objections constructively
  • Passion for Wellbeing and Corporate Wellbeing
  • Fluency in Italian and English; Spanish is a plus

As a Business Development Representative, you will:

  • Ensure the achievement of ambitious targets for new pipeline generation each month, directly impacting Unobravo's sales performance
  • Collaborate with the Head of Business Development and Marketing teams to create campaigns that impact outbound and inbound volumes
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the market and competition to inform strategic decisions
  • Act as a cultural ambassador and drive the local rollout of the new B2B value proposition in alignment with the Leadership Team
