Coverflex is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join their expanding sales team in Italy. The successful candidate will be responsible for prospecting and generating leads to support Account Executives, leveraging strong sales expertise and relationship management skills. Fluency in Italian and English is required, and experience with Hubspot is preferred. This role offers competitive earnings between €30,000 and €40,000 with additional benefits.

You've worked as a top-performing SDR/BDR in sales within the tech industry and HR or Finance ICPs. You have a sales ability and drive to reach out to SMB companies in different ways and help them win customers. Benefits market experience is a great plus.
As a BDR, your role will involve creating new opportunities and deals via prospecting channels. Main responsibilities include generating meetings and opportunities for our Account Executives through cold-calling and other prospecting methods, mainly via phone calls. Maintain and update our CRM (Hubspot). Align with sales and growth teams on target ICPs and prospects: databases, events, tools, methodologies. Reactivate dormant or non-active deals. Analyze reasons behind closed-lost leads and create feedback loops between growth and sales teams. Your success will be measured by activity volume, demo bookings, and revenue generated.
The On-Target Earnings (OTE) range for this position is €30,000 to €40,000, with a fixed-to-variable ratio of 70/30. Benefits include welfare, meal allowance, and other perks.
