The successful candidate will be responsible for prospecting and generating leads to support Account Executives, leveraging strong sales expertise and relationship management skills. Fluency in Italian and English is required, and experience with Hubspot is preferred. This role offers competitive earnings between €30,000 and €40,000 with additional benefits.

About You
  • Join Coverflex as one of our first BDRs as we expand our sales team with a unique role for the Italian market! We're in search of a top hunter BDR who is not only a master in prospecting and engagement but also thrives in a high-activity environment. This is your chance to contribute significantly to our growth, leveraging your sales expertise and relationship management skills.
  • Must haves: You can conduct exploratory lead research and transform that lead into a concrete opportunity. You're not afraid of hearing "No" from a lead. You’re always finding new ways to open a window if the main door has been closed. You have an iterative and curious mindset, an entrepreneurial approach, and are a go-getter when it comes to improving things. You believe good enough is better than perfect, know where to invest your time, and focus on outcomes and impact, not processes and perfection. Fluent Italian (C2 or equivalent) and fluent English (internally, we communicate exclusively in English). Hubspot experience is a plus (but good CRM use is a must!).
Nice to haves

You've worked as a top-performing SDR/BDR in sales within the tech industry and HR or Finance ICPs. You have a sales ability and drive to reach out to SMB companies in different ways and help them win customers. Benefits market experience is a great plus.

The Role

As a BDR, your role will involve creating new opportunities and deals via prospecting channels. Main responsibilities include generating meetings and opportunities for our Account Executives through cold-calling and other prospecting methods, mainly via phone calls. Maintain and update our CRM (Hubspot). Align with sales and growth teams on target ICPs and prospects: databases, events, tools, methodologies. Reactivate dormant or non-active deals. Analyze reasons behind closed-lost leads and create feedback loops between growth and sales teams. Your success will be measured by activity volume, demo bookings, and revenue generated.

Salary range

The On-Target Earnings (OTE) range for this position is €30,000 to €40,000, with a fixed-to-variable ratio of 70/30. Benefits include welfare, meal allowance, and other perks.
