Job Description:

YOUR PURPOSE

We’re looking for a sales professional driven by innovation and change. We need a team player with a positive attitude, always ready to spot opportunities to grow the business independently. If that’s you, you’ll handle everything from building a pipeline of prospective customers to creating account strategies that ensure the long-term growth of our clients.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Conducting prospecting meetings to qualify customers (identifying decision-makers, assessing risk strategies, analyzing financial status)
  2. Performing sales calls via videoconference, phone, and face-to-face meetings
  3. Delivering confident sales presentations to communicate UPS Capital’s benefits
  4. Developing timelines for smooth implementation of UPSC products into customer supply chains
  5. Collaborating with customer-facing teams across UPS
  6. Managing partners to ensure compliance with agreements
  7. Recruiting new qualified partners and promoting company programs

Some travel within IT and EU regions is required. Experience in financial services or insurance is preferred. A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Risk, or Finance is also preferred. Requires 2-5 years of sales experience in the insurance sector. The role involves outside sales with an average of 40% travel. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is necessary.
