A leading solar company based in Brescia is seeking a Business Development professional with over 5 years of experience in the Solar PV industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales channels, building key accounts, and promoting the company brand. Strong communication skills in local and English languages are required, along with a good understanding of market trends and client needs.

- 5+ years’ work experience of domestic business development in Solar PV industry.
- Proficient in both local and English language communication.
- Good knowledge of Solar PV or PV inverters.

Responsibilities
- Make business development plans according to sales strategy from inverter BU, develop sales channels, and accomplish sales targets.
- Develop key accounts in the country, and maintain good client relationships.
- Deeply understand clients needs, market & products trends, and competitors business status in the country.
- In coordination with the marketing department, promote company brand and products together with country distribution agencies.
- Other work assigned by BU leaders.
Qualifications
- College degree or above.
- Proficient in both local and English language communication.
- Good knowledge of Solar PV or PV inverters.
- 5+ years’ work experience of domestic business development in Solar PV industry.
- Strong service attitude, with good communication skills both in and out of the company.
- Strong sense of responsibility, active, careful, hardworking with good team work spirit.
