Key Responsibilities :
In coordination with the local and international Sales, Business Development, and Marketing organizations, the key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Forming close relationships with end users, consultants, and specifiers in the Video Security Channel to promote the Hanwha brand and increase sales and demand for Hanwha security products.
- Achieving set objectives related to sales and product quantity mix through strategic analysis of market opportunities and influencing decision makers to ensure sales growth.
- Engaging in strategic planning, including short and medium-term sales planning based on market insights and collaboration with the Hanwha Product Management team.
- Recommending marketing plans and strategic directions in discussion with the Country Manager.
- Managing and developing a network of partners (integrators and installers) within the Hanwha channel partner program (STEP Programme), focusing on sales revenue.
- Supporting Strategic Sales Managers in identifying opportunities within designated regions and vertical markets.
- Engaging with end users, consultants, and system integrators to increase project pipeline and revenue, and maintaining customer updates.
- Reporting weekly on sales and project progress, conducting customer audits, and participating in product and market segmentation.
- Contributing ideas for marketing plans, new product launches, and customer events.
- Focusing on product/channel/customer margin, forecasting accuracy, and achieving budgets and targets.
