Job Description: Business Development Manager (South Italy), Varese

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop close relationships with end users, consultants, and specifiers in the Video Security Channel to promote the Hanwha brand and increase sales of security products.
- Achieve sales objectives related to product and market share through strategic analysis and decision-making influence.
- Engage in both short and medium-term sales planning, collaborating with the Product Management team to position products effectively and contribute to marketing strategies.
- Manage and develop a network of channel partners (integrators and installers) within the STEP Programme, focusing on sales revenue.
- Support Strategic Sales Managers in identifying opportunities within designated vertical markets.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Consult with end users, liaise with system integrators, and keep customers informed about product updates.
- Expand project pipelines, increase revenue from existing customers, and generate new customer opportunities.
- Report weekly on sales activities and project progress.
- Conduct customer audits, market segmentation, and positioning.
- Contribute ideas for marketing and new product launches.
- Focus on margin management, forecasting accuracy, and achieving budget targets.
Minimum Requirements:
- Proven success in business development or sales, especially in demanding environments.
- Extensive knowledge of CCTV and related technologies, with experience in presenting solutions to end users and consultants.
- Ability to understand customer needs, define solutions, and prepare professional proposals.
- Market knowledge in electronic security, IT, and networking channels.
- Experience with CCTV manufacturers is beneficial but not essential.
- Understanding of network video systems and topology.
- Business or technical degree preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong relationship-building skills and motivation to enhance market presence.
- Independent thinking, judgment, and team-oriented attitude.
- Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused.
- Self-motivated with project management and communication skills, capable of engaging at all organizational levels.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Fluent in English and at least one European language.
- Clean driving license.
