Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships with end users, consultants, and specifiers in the Video Security Channel to promote Hanwha and increase sales.
  • Achieve sales objectives through market analysis and influencing decision-makers.
  • Conduct strategic sales planning and coordinate with the Product Management team.
  • Manage and develop the network of partners (integrators and installers) in the Hanwha channel partner program.
  • Support Strategic Sales Managers in identifying opportunities within designated vertical markets.
  • Engage with end users, consultants, system integrators, and ensure customers are updated with product information.
  • Increase project pipeline and revenue, create new customer pipelines, and report sales progress weekly.
  • Analyze existing customer data, segment markets, and contribute ideas for marketing and product launches.
  • Focus on product/channel/customer margins and forecast accuracy.
  • Achieve budgets and targets.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales or business development experience in a demanding environment.
  • Extensive knowledge of CCTV and related technologies, with experience presenting solutions to end users and consultants.
  • Ability to independently understand customer needs and create professional proposals.
  • Market knowledge of electronic security, IT, and networking channels.
  • Experience with CCTV manufacturers is a plus.
  • Understanding of network video systems and topology.
  • Business or technical degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and motivation to enhance market presence.
  • Independent thinking, judgment, and team collaboration skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused.
  • Self-motivated with project management and communication skills, capable of engaging at all levels.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Fluent in English and at least one European language.
  • Clean driving license.

Location:

This is a field-based role, ideally based in the Milan area or South Italy. Extensive travel within Italy and occasional international travel are expected.
