Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop close relationships with end users, consultants, and specifiers in the Video Security Channel to promote the Hanwha brand and increase sales of security products.
  • Achieve sales objectives related to product mix through strategic market analysis and influencing decision makers.
  • Engage in short and medium-term sales planning, collaborating with the Product Management team to position products effectively.
  • Manage and develop a network of partners (integrators and installers) within the Hanwha channel partner program (STEP Programme), focusing on sales revenue.
  • Support Strategic Sales Managers in identifying opportunities within the region and vertical markets.
  • Areas of responsibility include end user consultations, liaising with system integrators, updating customers on products, increasing project pipeline and revenue, creating new customer relationships, and reporting sales progress.
  • Conduct customer audits, market segmentation, and contribute ideas for marketing and product launches.
  • Focus on product/channel/customer margin, forecast accuracy, and achieving budgets and targets.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales or business development experience, achieving targets in demanding environments.
  • Extensive knowledge of CCTV and related technologies, with experience presenting solutions to end users and consultants.
  • Ability to independently understand customer needs and prepare professional proposals.
  • Market knowledge within electronic security, IT, and Networking sectors.
  • Experience with CCTV manufacturers is a plus.
  • Understanding of network video systems and topology.
  • Business or technical degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, motivation, team orientation, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, including presentation skills at executive levels.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Fluent in English and at least one European language.
  • Clean driving license.

Location:

This is a field-based role, ideally based in the Milan area or South Italy, involving extensive travel within Italy and occasionally outside.
