Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships with end users, consultants, and specifiers in the Video Security Channel to promote Hanwha and increase sales.
  • Achieve sales objectives through market analysis and influencing decision makers.
  • Engage in strategic sales planning and coordinate with Product Management for market positioning.
  • Manage and develop a network of partners in the Hanwha channel partner program.
  • Support Strategic Sales Managers in regional opportunities within vertical markets.
  • Conduct end-user consultations, liaise with system integrators, and update customers with product information.
  • Increase project pipeline and revenue, create new customer opportunities, and report weekly on sales progress.
  • Analyze existing customers, segment markets, and contribute ideas for marketing and product launches.
  • Focus on product/channel/customer margins, forecast accuracy, and meeting targets.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales or business development experience in a demanding environment.
  • Extensive knowledge of CCTV and related technologies, with experience presenting solutions to end users and specifiers.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and create professional proposals.
  • Knowledge of the electronic security market, IT, and Networking channels.
  • Experience with CCTV manufacturers is a plus.
  • Understanding of network video systems and topology.
  • Business or technical degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and organized with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure, with project management skills.
  • Fluent in English and at least one European language.
  • Valid driving license.

Location:

This is a field-based role, ideally based in or near Milan or South Italy, with extensive travel within Italy and occasional international travel.
