Descrizione del lavoro

In coordination with the local and international Sales, Business Development, and Marketing organizations, key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Building close relationships with end users, consultants, and specifiers in the Video Security Channel to promote the Hanwha brand and increase sales of Hanwha security products.
  • Achieving sales objectives related to product mix and market opportunities by analyzing market data, influencing decision-makers, and driving sales growth.
  • Engaging in strategic planning, including short and medium-term sales planning, sharing market insights with the Hanwha Product Management team, and recommending marketing strategies and product positioning.
  • Managing and developing a network of partners (integrators and installers) within the Hanwha channel partner program (STEP Programme), with a focus on sales revenue.
  • Supporting Strategic Sales Managers in identifying opportunities within designated regional vertical markets.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Consulting with end users, liaising with major system integrators, and updating customers with product information.
  • Growing project pipelines and revenue streams from existing customers and acquiring new customers.
  • Reporting weekly on sales activities and project progress.
  • Conducting customer audits and analyzing market segmentation, positioning, and targeting.
  • Contributing ideas for marketing plans, product launches, and customer events.
  • Focusing on product, channel, and customer margins, ensuring forecast accuracy, and achieving budgets and targets.

Requirements:

  • Proven success in a business development or sales role within a demanding environment.
  • Extensive experience with CCTV and related technologies, including presenting solutions to end users and consultants.
  • Ability to independently understand customer needs, develop solutions, and prepare professional proposals.
  • Knowledge of the electronic security market, main channels, and potential customers, including IT & Networking.
  • Experience working for a CCTV manufacturer is advantageous but not essential.
  • Understanding of new technologies, especially network video systems and topology.
  • Business or technical degree is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Motivation to enhance market presence and brand recognition.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with internal teams and key clients.
  • Independent thinking, good judgment, and team leadership qualities.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused.
  • Self-motivated with strong communication skills, capable of presenting at executive levels.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Fluency in English and at least one European language.
  • A valid driving license.

Location:

This role is field-based, ideally located in the Milan area or Southern Italy, with extensive travel within Italy and occasional international travel.
