Join Ecolab’s sales team as a Business Development Manager in the Life Sciences/Personal Care market. Ecolab Life Sciences develops and commercializes cleaning & disinfection solutions for global pharmaceutical and personal care manufacturers, providing technical and validation services.

What Will You Do:
- Drive new customer acquisition using a 'hunter' approach to expand market presence.
- Manage deal volume and target account pipelines.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for prioritized opportunities.
- Respond to inbound leads and close new accounts.
- Leverage industry knowledge and sales experience to build credibility and relationships.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitors.
- Provide sales forecasts to inform management decisions.
- Collaborate internally to win new business.
- Transition customers to account management for post-sales support.
- Participate in industry events to generate leads and stay informed.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
- 6+ years of successful technical or outside sales experience.
- Experience in industrial environments, preferably in Personal Care.
- Willingness to travel within Italy.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship skills.
- Analytical skills, learning agility, and proactive approach.
- Project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to engage with all organizational levels, including executives.
