What Will You Do :

Drive new customer acquisition with a „hunter“ approach to expand our market presence

Manage significant deal volume and target account pipelines

Develop and execute strategic sales plans, targeting prioritized opportunities

Respond to inbound lead generation, leverage sales experience and skills to close new accounts

Leverage knowledge of Personal Care industry and sales experience to establish credibility with current and prospective customers, cultivating relationships with key stakeholders

Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends and competitors

Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts to inform management's strategic decision-making, and to reflect appropriate management of the territory and sales pipeline

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to win new business

Transition customers to account management team responsible for post-sales support

Actively participate in strategic industry seminars, trade shows and conferences to establish new contacts, generate leads and stay informed about Personal Care industry developments

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, Science) or related field

6+ years successful technical sales or outside sales experience utilizing a consultative sales approach

Ideally prior experience working in industrial environments (in Personal Care is a plus)

Willingness to travel in the assigned region (Italy)

Strong interpersonal, intercultural & relationship skills

Analytical skills combined with an inquisitive nature, strong learning agility, and a proactive hands-on approach

Project management, organizational and planning skills

Ability to call throughout an entire organization up to executive level
