Job Description:

Sentra Energia SpA, a direct provider of electricity and gas, along with a wide range of additional services such as the Multichannel Electronic Payment Platform, is expanding its national network of partner points. We are seeking 1 Business Development Manager for the affiliation and management of new points of sale (Shop in Shop).

The selected candidate will manage the partner affiliation process and commercial strategies to increase business opportunities, expand the customer portfolio, and retain existing clients. This role is crucial for ensuring the success of delegated commercial operations at partner points and coordinating sales activities in synergy with other company departments.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage new points of sale (Shop in Shop) at Bars, Tobacco Shops, CAFs, Private Post Offices, Real Estate Agencies, Telecom Centers, Service Centers.
  • Plan effective commercial strategies.
  • Train and motivate the sales team.
  • Achieve challenging targets.
Qualifications:

We are looking for a manager with:

  • Experience in searching for and managing points of sale in the Energy or Telecom sector.
  • Leadership and excellent communication skills.
  • Result and customer-oriented mindset.
  • Flexibility and adaptability.
