Job Title: Business Development Manager

Job Description:

Sentra Energia SpA, a direct provider of electricity and gas, along with a wide range of additional services such as the Multichannel Electronic Payments Platform, is expanding its national network of Partner Points. We are seeking to hire 1 Business Development Manager for the affiliation and management of new Points of Sale (Shop in Shop).

The selected candidate will manage the Partner affiliation process and develop commercial strategies to increase business opportunities, expand the client portfolio, and retain existing clients. This role is crucial for ensuring the success of the commercial operations delegated to Partners Points and for coordinating sales activities in synergy with other company departments.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage new Points of Sale (Shop in Shop) at locations such as bars, tobacconists, CAFs, private post offices, real estate agencies, telecommunications centers, and service centers.
  • Plan effective commercial strategies.
  • Train and motivate the sales team.
  • Achieve challenging targets.
Candidate Profile:

We are looking for a manager with:

  • Experience in sourcing and managing Points of Sale in the Energy or Telecommunications sectors.
  • Leadership qualities and excellent communication skills.
  • Result-oriented and customer-focused attitude.
  • Flexibility and adaptability.
