What We Offer:

Sentra Energia SpA, a direct provider of electricity and gas, along with a wide range of additional services such as the Multichannel Electronic Payments Platform, is expanding its network of Partner Points across the country. We are seeking to hire a Business Development Manager for the recruitment and management of new points of sale (Shop in Shop).

The selected candidate will manage the Partner Affiliation process and develop commercial strategies to increase business opportunities, expand the client portfolio, and retain existing clients. This role is crucial for ensuring the success of commercial operations delegated to Partners Points and for coordinating sales activities in synergy with other company departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage new points of sale (Shop in Shop) at Bars, Tobacco Shops, CAFs, Private Post Offices, Real Estate Agencies, Telephone Centers, and Service Centers.
  • Plan effective commercial strategies.
  • Train and motivate the sales team.
  • Achieve challenging targets.

Who We Are Looking For:

- Experience in managing points of sale in the Energy or Telecommunications sector.

- Leadership qualities and excellent communication skills.

- Results-oriented and customer-focused attitude.
