Business Development Manager Omnichannel Solutions, Milan

This role is responsible for leading our Omnichannel Solutions initiatives within the FMCG industry across the EU. As a key member of our marketing team, you will drive sales, develop communication strategies, and build strong client relationships.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to meet business objectives and revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain communication with existing and new clients.
  • Create assets to engage the target audience.
  • Identify new business opportunities and acquire new clients.
  • Understand retail industry trends (online and offline).
  • Collaborate with leadership to create customized solutions.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns and collateral.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
  • Prepare sales proposals and presentations.
  • Monitor sales performance and report regularly to leadership.
Qualifications:
  • Passion for marketing, communication, and the retail industry.
  • Experience in similar roles and with international projects.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships.
  • Proactive with a growth mindset.
  • Team player with collaborative skills.
  • Fluent in English.
