Idealsvdr is looking for a Business Development Manager to join their team in Milan. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales and a proven track record in managing pipelines and closing deals. The role
We’re growing fast in Italy, where Ideals is already a leading name in the M&A space. To accelerate the next chapter of our VDR growth, we’re looking for a highly motivated Business Development Manager based in Milan . You’ll be backed by two on-the-ground teammates, including one SDR directly partnering with you for outbound prospecting and lead generation. As a quota-carrying BDM, you’ll manage a pipeline of 50+ opportunities and engage with 40+ new prospects each month. You’ll engage with senior decision-makers and rising professionals, acting as a trusted advisor and demonstrating how Ideals streamlines dealmaking.
