Your Tasks :

The Business Development Manager (m / f / d) is responsible for driving business growth within the company. They develop a network of contacts to attract new customers, penetrate key market opportunities, and oversee growth projects within Europe (EMEA + DACH region), making sales projections and forecasting revenue in line with projected income.

  • Support subsidiaries in market and customer penetration within Europe (intra-synergy)
  • Synergize within Europe and with worldwide sales in Aerospace & Defense
  • Monitor the Aerospace & Defense competitor landscape
  • Identify industrial clusters related to Aerospace & Defense (technology / markets), including networking

Your Profile :

You are a strong personality with excellent communication and presentation abilities, and the ability to influence and engage internal as well as external stakeholders at all levels.

  • Master's degree in engineering, physics, business administration, or a related discipline
  • Experience in business development within Europe; global experience is a plus
  • Good knowledge of relevant applications; understanding of related PI technologies is an advantage
  • Strong and active network inside Europe
  • Good knowledge of key players in Europe, especially Germany, France, Italy, Switzerland, and Great Britain
  • Willingness to travel
