Your journey ahead :

When joining us, we expect you to shape our EU sales strategy together with the global sales strategy as well as bringing them to life. You will be responsible for the exponential growth with our multiple strategic key accounts / partners in Europe. You will be working closely with the entire European team as well as our global sales team.

  • Grow : Identify new business opportunities for Ecoflow product sales as well as implementing business development initiatives to expand sales channels. By analyzing industrial development, identifying prospects, and evaluating their position in the industry to define sales options for EcoFlow;
  • Build and maintain long term partnership by developing new solar sales channels in the Italian market;
  • Maintain strong relationship with the major solar / renewable energy distributors.
  • Responsible for Italy offline sales events, attending exhibitions, and conducting business forums;
  • With other departments together, plan and deliver sales and marketing activities to capture business opportunities;
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase EcoFlow market share and complete the sales target.

Your profile includes :

  • Min 3+ years relevant experience in sales and business development, preferably in the new energy (solar / battery) industry.
  • Previous track record and strong network with key solar distributors / installers are desired.
  • Self-driven, strong leadership skills, pragmatic, excellent and open communicator, problem solver
  • Positive attitude, solution-oriented approach, high cultural sensitivity and able to think in other people’s shoes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English as a working language, additional European language fluency will be a plus.
