  • Lighting knowledge
  • Technical and commercial skills
  • Balanced tactical and operational skills
  • Customer-focused with a passion for excellent service
  • Practical, hands-on mentality
  • Clear verbal communication, empathetic and concise
  • Persuasive sales skills and influencing ability
  • Experience with Salesforce (preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
  • Fluent in English and Italian

Your responsibilities:

  • Implement the commercial policy for professional lighting
  • Expand regional coverage and support agencies
  • Develop business cases with management for regional growth
  • Identify and develop new customers (installers, contracts, end users)
  • Develop projects and track progress in Salesforce
  • Train agencies and customers on products
  • Promote the BLE system and collaborate with agencies and HQ
  • Analyze market data and communicate with marketing
  • Achieve sales targets and budgets
  • Maintain internal relationships across channels and departments
