Your journey ahead :

When joining us, we expect you to shape our EU sales strategy in alignment with the global sales strategy and bring them to life. You will be responsible for exponential growth with our strategic key accounts and partners in Europe. You will work closely with the entire European team and our global sales team.

Your Challenges :

  1. Grow :
  2. Identify new business opportunities for EcoFlow products and implement initiatives to expand sales channels by analyzing industry development, prospects, and evaluating their market position to define sales options;
  3. Build and maintain long-term partnerships by developing new solar sales channels in the Italian market;
  4. Maintain strong relationships with major solar and renewable energy distributors;
  5. Organize and participate in offline sales events, exhibitions, and business forums in Italy;
  6. Collaborate with other departments to plan and execute sales and marketing activities;
  7. Develop strategies to increase EcoFlow’s market share and achieve sales targets.

Your profile includes :

  • Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in sales and business development, preferably in the new energy (solar/battery) industry.
  • Proven track record and strong network with key solar distributors and installers.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree.
  • Self-driven with strong leadership skills, pragmatic, an excellent and open communicator, and a problem solver.
  • Positive attitude, solution-oriented, culturally sensitive, with the ability to empathize.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English; additional European languages are a plus.
