Main Responsibilities

Brand Ambassador

  • Represent and grow the TeamFeePay brand in your region among grassroots, amateur clubs, leagues, and Football Federations.
  • Learn, promote, demo, and sell our system confidently.
  • Communicate our value proposition and tailor solutions to client needs.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead qualification to closing.
  • Participate in pre- and post-sales activities and report on performance and competitors.
  • Coordinate onboarding with internal teams and nurture client relationships throughout their journey.

Travel

  • Travel to clubs, events, and coordinate with team members for club development.
  • Attend team meetings and manage sales pipeline using Salesforce.
  • Introduce new sales to the Onboarding Manager and achieve KPIs.
  • Collaborate with marketing to enhance online presence and create promotional content.
  • Build relationships with leagues and federations, attend events, and maintain contact databases.
  • Review processes for automation and efficiency improvements.

Skills and Experience

  • Fluent in English and Italian.
  • Connections within grassroots football (preferred but not essential).
  • Experience in sales or business development management.
  • Proficient with CRM software.
  • Proven sales achievement in similar roles.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Resilient, patient, process-driven with a strategic mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and identify opportunities.
  • Team player with good IT skills and GCSE-level knowledge of English and Mathematics.
